Who We Are

"The Knoll" is situated on a hill 300 meters above sea level, at the foot of Mount Taburno, surrounded by green countryside and lush vineyards face south-east which stretch as far as the eye ...

The vines are grown on trellises, starburst, with 3,000 vines per hectare with an average age of 15 years, planted in clay soils where the Cretaceous and grape production goes to the 90q/ha 120q/ha.

WINE MAKING:
The grapes are harvested by hand, storing them in boxes of 20 kg and over 2/3 hours are de-stemmed and crushed. The grapes are processed with cutting-edge winemaking equipment complying with passion tradition. The fermentation takes place in temperature controlled electronically. The pressing is done with a soft press at 1 atm.
