The production of grapes is in the hills of Torrecuso, at the foot of Mount Taburno.

The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 300/400 mt. above sea level., with exposure to the south, south-east, with 2,800 plants per hectare of land planted and Cretaceous clay and where the yield per hectare is very low. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes at the end of October, vinified in white with a short cold maceration on the skins and subsequent pressing.

The wort, after a natural brilliance, is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at a temperature of 16 ° -17 ° C.

The wine comes in bottles stabilized after a sterilizing microfiltration.

The wine has a straw yellow color with golden hues.
The nose offers intense aromas and spreads wide and rounded, without ever hitting.
Smelling of green apple, apricot, elder, spring flowers in general.

The taste is fruity, full, very pleasant to drink, with good structure and complexity.
