The harvest of the grapes is delayed to allow the
complete maturation of the grapes. The maceration is
delayed for about 15 days in steel reservoirs, in a
controlled temperature and subsequently aged for 24
months of which 12 in steel and 12 in oak barriques.
The harvest of the grapes is affected with state of
the art technology, with detail given to the maximum
extraction of the primary aromas.
Wine is presented in naturally stabilized bottles.
It is a Wine of great character and personality,
with equilibrium of intense perfumes, characterized
with hints of red fruits, tobacco and juniper. The
colour is red with ruby reflexes, soft to the taste
with well fused tannins, which leave a persistent
taste.
Ideal for typical course which involves red meats.
